About the flags

D. Gorbachov from St-Peterburg sent me in 1996 images of different (unofficial) flags of Association of Free Socialists-Anarchists (ASSA).

  1. red flag with abbreviation ASSA (in cyrillic letters "ACCA");
  2. red and black horizontal stripes;
  3. black flag with green "trefoil".
I don’t know whather this party still exists or not… (I never heard about it).
Victor Lomantsov, 09 Oct 2000

Red and black or just black are usual for anarchists and anarcho-syndicalists.

What’s this green “ace of spades”?… I suppose no connection with gambling — but perhaps anything to do with environmentalism?.
